You can update the password remotely in your YachtPorter Setup app. The changes will take effect immediately for all associated YachtPorters.

Does YachtPorter work globally?
Certainly! YachtPorter can efficiently share your Wi-Fi anywhere you have a Wi-Fi router, without any geographical restrictions.
Is YachtPorter available in other languages?
YachtPorter is fully customizable. Every message and every screen may be updated with the language of your choice.
How much does is cost?
The initial hardware cost depends on the finish and quantity purchased. We then charge a small monthly fee which can be billed annualy to securely store your details and ensure support is at hand if and when required. You can choose to opt out at anytime.
Which phones are compatible with YachtPorter?
All modern phones are able to either tap or scan a QR code. This allows YachtPorter to enjoy broad compatibility, including most older devices.
Does YachtPorter work with laptops?
If using a MacBook, you can first join from your phone, and the password will be shared with your MacBook automatically. For windows laptops, the Wi-Fi password must be typed in directly to the machine, but don’t worry, guests can find this on the back of the device.
How do Tap and Scan differ from each other?
In today's world, mobile phones come equipped with the latest NFC technology, which allows users to seamlessly tap their phones near the designated device to receive the connection details automatically. However, for some older models that do not have NFC technology, users can flip over the device and scan a QR code on the back to establish the connection.
